I have 13 years of experience collaborating with complex health care systems to support the implementation of high quality and effective patient-centered behavioral health care for adults. I have been a researcher and provided implementation support within acute medical care, public behavioral health care, and integrated primary care settings as well as been a direct service provider in these settings. I am a founding member and previous board member of the Society for Implementation Research Collaboration whose mission is to bridge the science and practice of implementing evidence-based interventions in routine service delivery settings. This unique combination of clinical, systems, and implementation experience allows me to offer grounded, practical support that honors the realities of service delivery while advancing meaningful, sustainable change.
