What
2-hour sessions
7 sessions over ~3 months
Each 2-hour workshop includes live group dreamwork using the Dreamwork Guide, a structured framework developed specifically for Dreamwork Basics.
Participants will learn how to interpret dream symbols, identify archetypal themes and dynamics, recognize the emotional and relational patterns reflected in dreams, and uncover blind spots, hidden strengths, and opportunities for growth in their waking lives.
Participants receive a comprehensive handbook containing the Dreamwork Guide, a detailed companion for using the Guide, and supplemental materials covering the core concepts taught throughout the series.
