A Beginner Dreamwork Workshop
An interactive 2-hour workshop that teaches an approachable way to begin dreamwork by using a unique story-based method called the SEE Method℠. You’ll learn how to gain insight into your life through the stories of your dreams. Offered in person and online based on demand.
Dream Circle

What is the SEE Method℠ for Dreamwork?
Imagine you are facing a challenge or trying to make a difficult decision.
Now imagine that you could watch a movie about what you’re going through—not a literal reenactment, but a symbolic version of your experience.

Dreams allow us to live through symbolic versions of the stories unfolding in our lives. Exploring these stories can reveal feelings, reactions, desires, challenges, strengths, and possibilities that we may not otherwise recognize—and offer insights we can carry back into our waking lives.
Yet dreams can seem bizarre, haphazard, or completely meaningless. Even if you’re curious about your dreams, you may not know where to begin—or you may have found other approaches to dreamwork confusing, complicated, or cumbersome.
