Who is this group for?

Married women who are either considering or are in process of separating or divorcing from their spouse. We are LGBTQIA+ inclusive.​

 

What happens in the group?

The group provides support by coming together to share experiences, insights, ideas, and offer mutual emotional support in a respectful and nonjudgmental environment.

The group values center on compassion and understanding to support personal agency and respect for the dignity of all involved.

​

Group sizes vary and may include 5-10 women.

 

Each 90-minute meeting includes:

Discussion on a specific topic related to the common emotional, relational, social, and practical experiences that arise during separation or divorce. 

Time for participants to share and reflect on is most pressing or important in their lives at that time.

 

How much does the group cost?

This is a closed group that forms quarterly, meaning each group participant signs up for the quarter (3 months) and there are 6 meetings held during the quarter.

The cost for the quarter is $300, paid up front before the start of the group.

Participants are provided with an invoice with a link to pay securely online via credit card.

 

When and where does the group meet?

Online, every other Tuesday from 5:00 - 6:30pm Pacific time zone.​

Can I continue with the group after 3 months?

Yes, although the exact date, time, and group participants may change. Please let the facilitator know if you would like to sign up for the next quarter's group.

 

How do I sign up?

We ask that each potential group participant complete a brief (15 minute phone call) screening process with a facilitator to ensure this is the right group to meet your needs and answer any questions you may have before signing up.
