  • Conduct user experience research to elicit client/patient perspectives, preferences, needs, and pain points

  • Assess the strengths and challenges to implementing services using frameworks and models from implementation science and identify strategies to support services implementation

  • Train staff in client/patient-centered communication skills

  • Train staff in skills for managing work requiring high amounts of “emotional labor”

  • Identify valid and feasible ways to measure the quality of services and their impact on clients/patients

Consultation Fee: $250 per hour
